M.G.M. Motori Elettrici S.p.A. considers the protection of the health and safety of workers as a company foundation believing that no growth is indeed achievable without respecting the rights of workers.

The laws in force require companies to comply with specific requirements, but the M.G.M. Motori Elettrici management believes that compliance with laws and regulations in force alone is not enough, hance companies should pursue a constant improvement at their workplace by keeping up with the latest knowledge and technologies available. 

M.G.M. Motori Elettrici additionally believes that to better protect the health and safety of workers, development of a corporate culture is necessary.
