Extension of CSA accreditation of the laboratory for tests on Inverter Duty motors (UL 1004-8)

EXTENSION OF CSA ACCREDITATION OF THE LABORATORY FOR TESTS ON INVERTER DUTY MOTORS (UL 1004-8)

The accreditation of the M.G.M. Motori Elettrici laboratory was recently renewed by the CSA to conduct tests on motors according to the standards in force in North America and has been extended to tests on ‘Inverter duty motors’ (UL 1004-8).

The laboratory accreditation requires equipment and instruments that comply with the requirements of the standards, technical personnel trained to carry out all the required tests and periodical audit.

Through the accreditation of the laboratory, the certification process of new motors is much faster.
